Day 029: Build plant cages; Cherry Tomato, Cantaloupe, Bell Pepper
1/2-inch PVC will fit in the three holes present in the General Hydroponics PowerGrower bucket.
Place 1.5 inch screws every 5 inches along PVC posts -- leaving slightly less than 1cm of screw exposed and wrap exposed screws with with 14-guage wire. Wrapping too tightly will cause a pyramiding effect.
Total cost is roughly $4.00 per cage.
